The sad plight of former Karnataka CM Yeddy ..
Having to go and stand in front of a police constable and recored his presence and giving assurance that if given bail he will never jump it, is all too mean on the part of the law !!
The law however strong it be, has to act tough against big fishes like Hassan, Kalmadi, Raja, Maran and others and not be after these small fries.. These people have only acted criminally trying to amass some wealth in the Rs 18,000 crores mining scam.
The part that these politicians are also part of the great Bangalore Housing society scam of Rs. 175,000 crores is another dimension yet to be proved.. The newspapers are just acting against an individual who has just acted to benefit his small family of say Rs 1000 crores..
Is it such a big crime to illegally amass Rs 1000 crores ? In a land of 1200 million people, is Rs 1000 crores a big amount ?

The great Bangalore Real Estate Loot ..
the great loot click here..
The affluent and influential in the society are least bothered with what's happening around them. The farming lands are taken in the name of building housing societies for the common man at dirt cheap rates, depriving the farmers of any decent remuneration. All tax exemptions are exploited and then the officials of the housing society distribute some of the plots to the members and apportion the rest among themselves.
Politicians cutting across parties and ideologies, bureaucrats and police officers all take their cut from the allocations in terms of plots. The plots are later on sold at huge profits with the officials pocketing all the ill gained profits.
All co-operative housing societies in the country also needs to be investigated into and the guilty needs to be given exemplary punishment.
With such worthless people at the helm and an equally gullible public, I sometimes wonder whether as a country India can ever succeed. Its own people are pulling back the progress of the country.

New Karnataka Lokayuktha Justice Patil resigns ..
Make hay when the sun shines is a popular saying. Justice Shivraj Patil did not do anything more. He amassed wealth when he could and then failed to disclose it to the authorities when asked to do so. This has led him to this piqaunt situation where he has been cornered and he has felt morally obliged to resign. Justice Patil has committed a major breach of law by getting plots allotted to him hiding the facts that he did own residences in the city of Bangalore.
Whatever justification he tries to make for himself, poor fellow has been exposed !! An error of judgement ?? If the issue had not been exposed he would still have continued to discharge his duties as the Lokayuktha. He would have continued to decide on corruption cases of others, when he himself is corrupt.
The incident has proved beyond doubt that nobody can escape truth, nobody is above law law will catch up with every offender one time or the other. Justice Patil will be proceeded against legally too. It will be a pitiful sight to find the Lokayuktha being booked for corruption !!
This incident must have sent shivers down the spine of senior and junior govt officers and staff who have misused their official positions and lied on different occasions to the government to amass plots and real estate. Let them declare and return such illegal properties. There are millions of poor people who are not as "smart" as these corrupt people and still looking for a plot of land to call their own. The corrupt go on amassing property and plots left and right in Bangalore and others are left high and dry !!
It is a pity that even people with conscience are corrupt and valueless and are ready to go to any extent for their personal gains and benefits unmindful of their societal responsibilities .. They require a class or two in Ethics !!

The beginning of the end of US of A .. It showed that any body could attack a vulnerable US and commit it to wars, which would eventually prove costly and bloody, from which it would find difficult to climb out, without loss of face.
After this tragedy, while US spent almost $ 6 trillion to fight two wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and amassed huge debts in the bargain, the rest of the world surged ahead, especially China and India..
Americans will regret this hasty act of their leaders to enter into war, for a long time to come..
An eventful day in history of modern world ..

Rogues dictating terms to Karnataka govt.
Being ex-minister and very powerful people, they are questioning the government why the district police officials did not stand by them and tip them off regarding the CBI raid, in their time of crisis and helped to evade the CBI raid. After having done so much good for the state and the mining industry in particular in Bellary, it is sad to note that this is the final reward they get from the state.
One of the conditions ex-minister Sriramulu has raised to take back his resignation letter is the transfer of these upright and straight police officers by an equally conniving State government. Else he has threatened along with 39 other MLAs to resign enmasse and topple the government.
It is surprising to note that they have not asked that the CBI officers also should be transferred .. The people of the state are wondering when the state government will understand the gravity of the situation and allow CBI to proceed against these rogues. For the state government, Reddy brothers have only been booked, not convicted yet. Lokayuktha Justice Hegde is a fool and his report on the $ 4 billion mining scam in the state of Karnataka, only befits to be thrown to the waste paper basket.
Advani will do a great service to the country by starting his yatra against corruption from Bangalore and terminating in Gandhinagar.
How corrupt and selfish are these dumb politicians to ensure their survival ? The public have to teach these rogues a fitting lesson in the coming elections by not electing them. With each wrong step, they are discrediting themselves and taking them far away from the same people they represent.

Anna Hazare and team will continue their efforts ..
Anna Hazare says,
"People must ask the parliamentarians about their role in the Jan Lokpal Bill movement. People must be careful while electing the MPs in future. Those MPs who are either against the Jan Lokpal Bill or passive about it must not be given a second chance. The fight against corruption would continue till India is freed from corruption."
Once this fight is accomplished with success, the next should be to bring back the Rs 70,000 lakh crores of Indian black money in Swiss banks..
The fight will continue till then..

Public disregarding politicians, a welcome sign ..
Usually when politicians and VIPs come they do with large posse of security policemen and commandoes. And many more in mufti. The whole scene is mdisrupted causing great inconvenience to the close relatives of the injured being treated in the hospitals. The politicians visit these injured people, make lot of false promises and escape.
But this time with heightened awareness regarding the betrayal by politicians of the common man and the many corruption scandals, the public said enough is enough. Other than the Prime Minister, other politicians received a very cool and often unwelcome approval by the relatives in the Ram Manohar Lohia hospital in Delhi. Rahul Gandhi just an MP, who came in with his Z category security was snubbed by the people and had to return glaum faced.
The politicians do not realise than in another three years, they will once again be going to the same public, falling at their feet for votes. The public will then show them who the real master is ..

BSY, Z category security seeks exemption from court appearance..
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/BSY-Cant-attend-court-as-my-convoy-inconveniences-people/articleshow/9904978.cms
Being the ex-CM, why should a criminal like Yedyurappa still enjoy Z category security ? This is plain mockery of the system. The ruling BJP has not taken out the tight security for him, knowing well that he is a criminal and is awaiting punishment for at least a dozen cases of corruption against him.
The state and its people are paying for the security of a criminal like Yeddy ?
What a mockery of the democratic system ..

The plan of IT cos is to hire fresh talent, from 2L last year to 2.5L this year, at low salaries and prune headcount at higher levels with higher salaries .. Benefit for the IT cos, an effective cost cutting measure ..
Great churning in the IT sector expected .. Median age is still to fall down ..

Thank God, Mining scoundrels Reddys are arrested ..
Acting on the report by the Lokayuktha, CBI swung into action swiftly this morning. The Reddy brothers, sons of an ordinary police constable, who rose to be mining barons, was running a mining mafia in Bellary, north Karnataka have been arrested by the CBI on Monday 5 September 2011 morning in Bellary.
The flaunting of wealth got by raping mother earth which has been illegally mined will be examined by the CBI. The Reddy brothers who gave funds to BJP, were made ministers in Yeddyurappa Govt. The arrest has spelt doom for their mafia and terror activities and will put an end to the illegal mining activities in the state. The Supreme Court had earlier banned iron ore mining in the state.
It is ironical that BJP, seeped in corruption to the core still issues statements that it will support Reddys whatever happens to them, just to make sure that they do not withdraw support to the ministry.
With this arrest, it is hoped that the real estate prices in the city which have been hovering at very high rates and artificially held at that rate by the mining and real estate lobby with their black money will see a little cooling off..
Justice Hegde will be a relieved man now, so also all people who love the state of Karnataka ....

Parliament should command respect or demand it ??
Parliament should command or demand respect ?
Indian Parliament with 150 criminals and illiterates should command or demand respect from the common man ? Just wait for another 3 years and the same representatives will come abegging for our precious votes, falling at our feet, (enticing with all their ill-gotten wealth ..) Does it show who commands in the Indian Democracy, the people or their elected representatives, the servants of the people ? The servants have place only at the feet of their masters ..
The Parliament should withdraw with immediate effect privilege motion notices against Kejriwal, Kiran Bedi and Prashant Bhushan who dared to question them and even went to the extent of pulling their legs. Are our Parliamentarians so kiddish and intolerant crybabies running around for mama's skirt ? Shame on all of you !!
Come in front and show us that you deserve our respect, not demand it .. ( btw, I am thankful being In India, where you can shout against your elected representatives and get them to behave..)
