Flipkart Alibaba strategy case q

Questions
1. If flipkart has to realise $8 billion in sales by end 2015, what other areas should it concentrate besides customers, delivery, returns, robust back-end and govt. internet policy ?
2. Go thru Alibaba strategy (link given) and chart a path for flipkart growth.
3. Will click and mortar sector redefine business in coming years .. ? Give ur stand.
