Pauline Nyiramasuhuko, former Minister of women's affairs and the first woman convict of the Rwandan genocide of 1994. Together with her son Arsene Ntahobali, she helped in the abduction, rape and killing of thousands of Tutsi members. The first time in the world a woman is being convicted of genocide.
