NASA learning from ISRO ..

India's ultra cheap typical expeditions to the Moon (costing just 10%) of a comparable US mission ( credentials are very doubtful as the whole US establishment is silent on either rebuking or supporting their Moon theory, and Neil Armstrong not ready to swear on his stepping on the moon ..) NASA wants to learn how India managed its moon mission at that cost !!

For India supported by its highly reliable space mission and the workhorse PSLV, scouting around for customers for payload and collecting charges upfront, cut a lot of strain on its cash reserves..

With Moon and Mars missions coming up and collaboration with the Russians picking up, there is a lot for NASA to learn from ISRO and its team of efficient Engineers and efficient managers..
