new IPL city of Pune, worth more than Liverpool of English Premier League ..

While Liverpool was bought for an equivalent of Rs. 1511 crores in
2007, the city of Pune was bid for last week by Sahara group for Rs
1702 crores ..

That is the money power in cricket in India .. kochi went for around
Rs 1300 crores.

IPL is set to become one of the most expensive sporting events of the
world, trash NBA and English Premier League .. :) The epicentre of
world sporting is gravitating to India ..??
