Does the Lokpal bill have the required constitutional authority to act as the supercop, punishing authority, investigating authority etc ..??
If anybody goes for a PIL against it will it stand the test of legal jurisprudence ?
We have sent the elected representatives to work for us, to serve us, how can they overnight become our masters ? Servants are servants wherever and whenever they are sent so. Let there be no doubt of the responsibilities and authority, the public should remain as the master and the politicians and public officials the servants of the public ..
