After all the atrocities committed by Gaddafi and his family members against the people of Libya, does it bode well for Saif Ul Islam, the second son of Gaddafi to hand himself over to International Court of Justice and not to the National Transitional Council of Libya ?
Should a person who has committed crimes against humanity now fight shy of having to face the repercussions of his actions ? Was he not aware of the consequences when he tortured them ?
Won't the people of Libya get a chance to handle this fugitive the way they want to ??
Only time will tell .. Let us hope Saif's luck does not run out ..
