Speakers Profile
1. Mr. Rajeev V.S.
Rajeev V.S, currently Head of Mission Quality for Central Services (SEPG, Methodologies, Metrics,
Knowledge Management and Customer Advocacy) and currently playing the role of Management
Representative (MR).
He has nearly 30 years of industry experience spanning across Project Management, Offshore
Delivery, Pre-sales, Business Development, Practice Development and Global Delivery Quality
Management.
In the Mission Quality function for the last 10+ years, he has handled roles involving Global
Delivery Quality, Customer Engagement measurements, Operational Excellence and Continuous
Improvement initiatives. Under his current tenure, team has successfully implemented
organization-level initiatives such as ISO2000, CMMI Dev/SVC v1.3 and TMMi. His organization
has won several MAKE (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise) awards at the Global, Asia and
India level.
He is a certified Six-sigma Black Belt and Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT).
2. Mr. Mahendra Babu Hosangadi
Over twenty five Years of experience in a manufacturing & service business environmentincluding Project Management, Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Operational Excellence.
Experience in Fortune 500 companies which includes Ford, Harley-Davidson, IBM, 3M and
Schneider-Electric compnies. Coach and mentored more than 100 Six Sigma projects including
transactional projects. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certified by American Society for Quality
(ASQ),
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt & Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black
Belt.
