Forget NASA, forget ESA, forget Roscosmos and others.
NASA has still not come out of the reverberations of the "cost /performance shock" of the Mangalyaan - Maven Mars sojourn and will never ever be competition to ISRO !!
Never in their wildest dreams can NASA or others ever think of competing with ISRO on costs, innovation, planning, competence and street smartness !!
I give ISRO an eight year window to give leadership to the world.
Finally the question is - who will make planet earth a better place to spend a human's lifetime ?
