It has been established through research by Daniel Goleman, armed with a Harvard PhD., psychologist/author, Science Reporter of the New York Times, and team, through an article in Harvard Business review in 1996, "What makes a leader ?" the true capability of a leader is finally not completely dependent on one's technical skills and intelligence, but on how well one can emotionally get along with one's team, colleagues, peers, seniors and subordinates.
