The figure is mind-boggling. I do not know what is preventing the government from recovering this black money robbed from the poor man in India and taken by the spineless rich, corrupt businessmen, politicians and bureaucrats to safe havens abroad.

If this money is recovered, India will probably be able pay off all its foreign debts and invest heavily in infrastructure projects which will help the country grow in the long run.
