What is the greatest contribution of the present Indian national govt ??

The other day I was talking to a colleague of mine and somehow this issue cropped up in our discussions.

The most important legislation , we feel, is 

1. Right to Information and 

2. The freedom given to media 

Were it not for these two factors, about 95% of the scams and cases which have been brought to public domain would never have seen the light of the day ..

Most of our very respected and loved politicians and social workers have been indicted in many cases involving financial irregularities among others and are facing the law.

Let the truth win .. Let India be ruled only by the Constitution and the Law .. Though slow, we can ensure a better future for the country ..
