What a performance by the Jamaican quartet  ??

The Jamaican quartet of Nesta Carter, Micheal Frater, Yohan Blake and Usain Bolt ran to the thunderous uproar of spectators in the Olympic stadium at London to win the 4 x 100 m relay in record timing of 36.84 sec ....

The legend thundering his way to the finish line in the
4 x 100 m relay in record time ..

Being the first man in athletic history to regain gold at  the 100 m, 200 m and 4 x 100 m relay in two successive Olympics, Usain Bolt has not only trashed his detractors, among them being the former athletic great of Carl Lewis, he indeed lives a historic moment in history when Sir Roger Bannister, the famed neurologist,  then a medical student in 1954, broke the under 1 minute barrier for running a mile ..
