When India's ISRO launched 20 satellites aboard PSLV C34 this morning at 9:26 AM, including 13 nano and micro satellites from US, (Is US becoming a high cost, fancy, self-indulgent, self-obsessive and non-significant space player ?), India has taken a firm step ahead in space technology.
